Thanks for using Biztroo!
Biztroo is currently in beta testing and, for now, only available to beta testers (duh!).
Access to beta testers is free, but exclusive.
During beta testing, which will run until Biztroo commercial release, beta testers should use and test the product in the course and scope of their normal and daily activities.
At this stage of development, we must inform you that Globness Solutions – Gestão de Projectos, Lda. ("Globness Solutions" *), the legal owner and developer of Biztroo, cannot ensure the security of the data uploaded and provided by beta testers, nor its storage or other Biztroo features in the way that we intent to ensure in the future because, well, its a beta version. As in under development. As in not yet perfect.
For this reason we advise you to not rely solely on Biztroo, in order to prevent any losses, injuries or damages, direct or indirect, to you or to third parties for which we cannot be responsible. We are confident that this won’t happen, of course, but better safe than sorry- or so our lawyers tell us. cof! cof! cowards cof! cof!.
While we are in this test period, we cannot guarantee that the system is always online and available, and working as we designed it to. Hence the importance of beta testers and their feedback.
The beta testing period may end at any time, we may not have the opportunity to inform you in advance or the possibility to return the information uploaded. Of course we’ll try to prevent this from happening.
Biztroo is a tool. Data and documents are yours. Therefore, the responsibility for the documents, data, and their treatment, copyrights or other intellectual property rights, test actions or any other activities or responsibilities for any documents, data or information that you use for testing activities, and also relations that beta testers can establish with others through Biztroo, are the sole responsibility of said beta testers, as well as the reliability of all information and the legitimacy to use it.
Beta testers authorise Globness Solutions, owner and responsible for developing Biztroo, to access information and data available in their account exclusively for tests, amendments, development or system maintenance actions.
Also there`s this- confidentiality matters. Globness Solutions and beta testers mutually commit to keeping all the information about Biztroo, or uploaded to Biztroo, confidential and to limit access to authorized employees adopting security measures in the level equal to those that each of the parties would apply to its own confidential information.
Given the purpose of this phase, the beta tester must select the appropriate employees to perform the tests and shall not assign, transfer or transmit, in whole or in part, access to the product without prior consent of Globness Solutions.
We also know that trust is essential. Beta testers will have first-hand access to Biztroo and accept not to perform any actions (or omissions) that may affect Globness Solutions intellectual property rights, particularly regarding Biztroo (including any shares, improvements, suggestions, contributions or others resulting from tests or adopted following this process). On our end, we will do exactly the same regarding any information or materials that you should transmit to us or upload to Biztroo.
Thank you for agreeing to be a beta tester and will be permanently available through our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org email.
Thanks for your cooperation.
